NATURALIA
Naturalia is a long‑term exploration of the meeting point between the biological and the spiritual worlds. It is a practice of coexistence and cooperation — a way of listening to the non‑human world and allowing its wisdom to shape form, meaning, and artistic gesture.
The works in this collection are created from animal‑derived materials — bones, teeth, skin, fur, horns, claws, quills, feathers — each carrying its own memory, its own vibration, its own mystery. Every material is both physical and energetic: a trace of movement, instinct, power, and presence.
Animals possess forces that humans will never fully understand. They live in their own dimension, guided by senses and energies beyond human perception. Their connection to the ground, the land, and the landscape is profound and ancient. I approach them with awe — as an attentive observer of their power, their rhythms, their ways of being.
Before each work begins, I study the biology and energetic field of the animal: its behavior, its movement, its ecological role, its symbolic resonance. Every piece is created with respect, gratitude, and honor for the creature whose material becomes part of the work.

This series includes snake sheddings arranged on undulating board surfaces, forming organic, wave‑like shapes.
For me, the snake is a symbol of the stream of life energy, of transformation that unfolds from the inside out, the biological sensitivity to vibration, the penetrating force that moves through all living beings.
The shed skin becomes a trace of that movement: a memory of growth, a gesture of release, a physical imprint of the continuous cycle between aliveness and death that shapes every stage of our existence.
Placed on curved, flowing surfaces, the sheddings form structures that echo terrain, rhythm, and the fascinating architecture of the energy carried by these mysterious creatures.

wildlife tribute
This series is a tribute to the wild beings of the local landscape in Israel— animals whose presence shapes the physical and spiritual identity of this land. Each work is a portrait of one species, created as a collage of natural elements: bones, claws, quills, skin with fur, and feathers, arranged on board to symbolically express the energy, power, and essence of the animal. Each work focuses on a single animal, its presence, its force, and the story it carries.
The series is developed in full collaboration with the Israel Nature and Parks Authority and a licensed taxidermist, and all works will be donated to the Authority upon completion.
These animals belong to this land in a deep, ancient way. They live in their own dimension — beyond political borders, beyond human conflicts — reproducing, wandering, hunting, dying, and being reborn around us. Or perhaps it is we who live around them. Each portrait becomes a gesture of recognition: a way of honoring the meaning these animals hold in the local ecosystem, and the silent wisdom they carry.

A separate piece in this series is composed entirely of feathers from migratory birds passing through Israel — especially the skies of Hula Valley and Eilat. It is a tribute to the extraordinary, unique phenomenon of migration: millions of birds crossing this narrow corridor between continents, year after year, guided by instinct, wind, and ancient memory.

This series honors the domesticated animals that shape the everyday landscape of Israel — beings whose presence is woven into the rhythms of human life, agriculture and regional ecosystem. Each work is a portrait of one species, created as a collage of natural elements: bones, claws, quills, skin with fur, and feathers arranged on board to express the animal’s inner force, its grounded presence, and the story it carries. Each work centers on a single animal — its being, its relationship to us, and the shared story of coexistence.
These animals are not merely companions or resources; they are part of the land’s living structure. Cows walking along the roadside, a herd of goats running through the forest behind their shepherd, warning signs for camels crossing the road — all of them form a quiet, continuous dialogue between human and non‑human life.
This series asks how we honor the fact that we feed on their bodies, rely on their strength for transport, and build our existence alongside theirs. How do we care for this coexistence? How do we acknowledge the depth of this shared life?
Created in collaboration with a licensed taxidermist, the works reflect both reverence and responsibility.
